Any controversy or claim arising out of relating to this Term of Service, will be brought and prosecuted exclusively in the competent court of the jurisdiction of Montreal, province of Quebec, which shall apply the law of the province of Quebec. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you. Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec.
